Key Responsibilities:

*Lead cross team to deliver China R&D projects on time, quality and cost with results-oriented mindset.

*Effectively coordinate internal and external resources locally and globally to achieve project targets.

*Ensure all project execution in compliant with R&D process and quality standard.

*Report out project status in data-based and visualized way to management team.

*Solve issues in project execution and move challenging projects forward.

*Take charge of the project from product initiation to start of delivery approval.

*Leader and make sure the platform product development in an iterative way.

*Very solid experience of Project process and project tool mgmt.

Key Qualifications:

*Solid expertise and experience in R&D projects including waterfall project mgmt. for HW and scrum mgmt. for SW.

*5+ years working experience in project management with technical background in automation and robotics, robotics is plus.

*3+ years Scrum Master experience with software development team.

*Very strong motivation to take challenging tasks.

*Have continual improvement DNA to find out the effective way to achieve the objectives, lean project background is plus.

*Fortune 500 company working experience in the past 5 years.

*Excellent English Skills in speaking and writing.

*Proved skills in leading, Coordinating, Communication and Presenting.
